What is PomFit?
PomFit® 70'S, 80'S AND 90'S is a low-impact aerobic class featuring pom pom shaking, designed for all generations. Our sessions include simple cheerleading moves combined with easy dance routines. Whether you learn visually or audibly, PomFit® ensures everyone can enjoy the classes at their own pace, without pressure to keep up or memorize routines.
PomFit® supports maintaining a healthy weight and lowers the risk of falls. It safeguards your joints and muscles while elevating your heart rate and improving balance, posture, and coordination. Our instructors can adjust the pace to fit your needs.
If you haven't exercised in a while, or ever, PomFit® is an excellent starting point to ease into fitness without overwhelming yourself.
Our classes are also perfect for those already on their fitness journey who want to try something new and fun!
PomFit® offers an easy way to stay fit and provides an opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals who enjoy 70's, 80's, and 90's music.
